Chest (A) - pull the tape around you, from your shoulder blades to the broadest part of your chest. To measure keep your elbows at the sides.
Neck (collar) (B) - measure the circuit of the neck, at the larynx. Keep it loose enough to fit your finger between tape and neck.
Waist (C) - drag measure tape around your waist at the navel. Do not stretch it to be tighter than your belt be tightened later.
Hips (D) - drag the tape around the pelvis, a few inches below the navel.
Inseam (E) - measure the length of the leg from the inside - from the highest point to the place you want to reached pants. Wear regular shoes for this.
